I asked to book a test drive online and Will called me within 10 minutes to ask when a convenient time for me would be for me either that day or the following day. I wasn't available either, so he booked it for the following Saturday, and even called to confirm the day before AND the morning of the appointment to make sure if I was still going to make the appointment or if I wanted to reschedule. I ended up not purchasing a Toyota as I couldn't quite get the pricing I wanted, but Will and my salesperson were very friendly, Will even going so far as to come down from his office to greet me and ask if I wanted anything to drink. Overall happy with my experience! More

Driving by I meet Rashid he helped me test drive a truck I had seen in the front lot and later on purchase the vehicle. Rashid set up a time for me to meet with him to discuss further. He presented several options for consideration. He did not pressure which I appreciated. I did the deal, traded in my 2015 and purchased a Highlander Limiited. I was very satisfied. I found him to be responsive through the process, so much so that I recommended to my daughter who is also interested in making a change, that she meet with Rashid. She also found him to be very well informed and considerate of her situation. More
Expectations Exceeded! Thanks Tony Khoury I had had a recent poor experience at a competitive dealership when shopping for a replacement vehicle. Based on the experience with the previous sal I had had a recent poor experience at a competitive dealership when shopping for a replacement vehicle. Based on the experience with the previous sales person at the competitive dealership, I did not have high expectations when I was introduced to Tony Khourly. In a short time it became obvious to me, that this was going to be a different experience. He understood I was new to the Toyota brand and was coming from a situation where I has a strong relationship with a competitve brand. Tony took the time to answer my questions and offered suggestions / solutions / benefits without the pressure to buy. I wanted the Rav 4 Hybrid based on the research I had done but the availability was limited. It could take up to 4 months to receive a vehicle. Tony and team wanted my business and presented an offer that included reduced timing to receive the vehicle, that I could accept. The deal was made and Tony kept me informed of the progress of the delivery of the vehicle. To my surprise, the vehicle was delivered earlier than promised. Upon delivery, Tony took the time to explain the features and functions of the Rav 4 Hybrid. It was an excellent experience and my expectations were exceeded. Thanks Tony! More

A young man Rashid Lorgat approached us a moment later out in the back forty on a golf cart to ask if he could assist us with anything.He proceeded to tell us about some as we talked. We told him we had test drove a few others already before we will make a decision as I needed a newer vehicle.We decided to test drive a 2019 Camry.. After driving it, that was the one I liked. Rashid got us some coffee as we discussed price . .He was not pushy or any way putting pressure on us to buy.He told us the price and we were able to negotiate a deal. I picked the Camry I wanted from the show room after he showed me a different colour one outside of the show room.. On the delivery day of my car Rashid patiently took the time to show me and explained the features and helped set up my phone to the car, He shows me the areas in the dealership for parts and service .He explained the service routine for follow-up the appointments . Arriving home I get a call from Rashid to make sure I got home safely with my new car and asked how did I like it. Rashid called again in few days to tell me if I have any problems in future at anytime to call him. Service like this is very much appreciated and will not be forgotten. In this world now I find this type of customer service is lacking greatly elsewhere.
