complete flat out jerk!!!! treated us like dirt because my wife had bad credit, purposely went out of his way to make us feel like cr@p. Took numerous personal phone calls during our meeting while we were my wife had bad credit, purposely went out of his way to make us feel like cr@p. Took numerous personal phone calls during our meeting while we were in the middle of talking to him he never said excuse me once . Got up several times and left without saying excuse me as well. Left us waiting for like 10 minutes and my wife's 9 months pregnant. Easily one of the worst professionals I've dealt with in decades. He thinks he is above everyone!!! Ended up doing to Volkswagen were we got 0% financing. Again what a complete rude jerk this dealership should be ashamed to have him as an employee!!!!!!! We went to this dealership location and had a great experience and bought our new Honda CRV !
