I was upfront with my needs and wants, and explained that I typically drive my cars right into the ground. Mike was patient, answered all of my questions regarding the vehicles we test drove, and worked diligently with me to get the best possible price for the car. Ultimately, I was very pleased with how everything played out. There were no hidden costs from the dealership, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy or lease. I would purchase again from Mike, and I will be recommending him to anyone looking to purchase from WOH. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ashley was thorough with her explanations of all the financing possibilities - and again I didn't feel pressured to purchase the Honda initiatives. Fara was very professional and timely during the delivery. This purchase was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. All employees were fully masked - inside and out of the dealership. Social distancing was maintained. The dealership had signs posted everywhere indicating their requirements and rules for customers. All desks were shielded with plexiglass, and social distancing was maintained in the dealership at all times. Numbers inside were limited by appointment only. Given all of the confusion during the past year, I think this dealership has done an excellent job at ensuring their employee and customer safety and comfort, and I appreciate this.
