The experience was great until they had our money. Then they stopped responding when we realized the car was missing the back seat head rests. We called customer service and they never called back. We emailed Retention and he simply forward our email to Jason who sold us the vehicle. We bought a Toyota off their lot and they refused to help in any way. We called the manager and there was NO response from them. This has taken the experience of buying a new vehicle to a zero. I would Not recommend anyone buy from this dealer. You will end up unhappy and having to spend a few more thousand dollars to get your vehicle where it should have been in the first place. Really sorry we walked on the lot. SAVE YOURSELVES THE BOTHER!!! More

If that wasn't enough he took my payments down to less then half what I was paying. I now have what I think is one of the most beautiful blue honda accords, and I could not be happier!! The service was astounding and I can honestly say this being my 7th car I have bought, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They truly deserve any and all awards as you can't find that service anywhere else!!
