When we purchased our Honda, our dealings with Brad were friendly and professional. But recently, we wanted to see about paying off our loan balance and left three polite phone messages (over 2 weeks) for friendly and professional. Actually the first message I had left early morning, Brad did return at 8:50 pm that night, leaving us a message saying he was there for 10 more minutes and if he didn't hear from us, he would call in the morning. He never did call so I don't consider that a return call. This morning I looked up and called Honda Canada main office and found out how to pay off our loan. More
