My recent experience of trade-in was amazing only because Trevor, who took time to understand my requirements and needs. My parents referred me to Nick. We also happen to grow up across the street from one another - but haven't seen each other for at least 25 years. I am a regional sales and marketing manager in another indust across the street from one another - but haven't seen each other for at least 25 years. I am a regional sales and marketing manager in another industry and I was absolutely blown away with Nick's product knowledge and skills. Most of all his ability to listen and his genuine nature. I bought my car after only 1 visit. I almost bought it before test driving it, but Nick encouraged me to (I'm glad he did). One of the things that meant the most to me was that he respected me as a person: my wants/needs and took careful note of the things that did not matter to me. He always affirmed and confirmed what I was saying - showing that I mattered. In this way I did not feel pressured. Thanks so much Nick!!!!! The only thing that I would say in critique of my experience as a whole, is that when I did not sign onto additional coverage or rust spray - I actually felt a change in the room with the financial person who helped me.
