Dean set it up for me to come in and test drive a few different models and this past Friday, October 14th, I picked up my new 2022 Honda CR-V EX-L. From start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable, not rushed, no pressure at all from anyone. My credit rating isn't the greatest either and Paul, (Honda's financing manager) made the entire process very easy and there was no judgement. He understood that we all go through hard times and that i was committed to rebuilding my credit. Em loving my new CR-V. Thank you both Dean and Paul for a wonderful experience!!! :)))))) More

After purchasing a vehicle at Whitby Oshawa Honda in May, we referred our mother who is a senior to purchase a vehicle cash with sales rep Christian Somoza who is always friendly, patient and very helpful. W we referred our mother who is a senior to purchase a vehicle cash with sales rep Christian Somoza who is always friendly, patient and very helpful. While negotiating the price, manager Trevor Carew came out to speak with us and immediately turned a pleasant interaction into a nightmare. Trevor lacked professionalism and was extremely rude. He stated he was not making money on our deal as we were paying for the vehicle cash and money is made on financing, told us we didn't know anything about business, and that any attempt to negotiate price is a slap in his face, and very condescendingly said he was "moving too fast" for us. Never have we experienced any manager as rude as he was. Our jaw was on the floor as we left the dealership with cash in hand and a wasted afternoon. Trevor Carew should not be in the service industry. He is courteous if he can make money off your deal, otherwise be prepared to be treated less than. I gave the dealership rating of 3/5 because they continue to employ rude managers like Trevor. Sorry it didn't work out Christian, your manager Trevor killed your deal. More
