Today I visited Whitby Oshawa Honda for a brake and oil change on my 2012 Accord SE. While I was waiting for service, I walked over to their sales department to get pricing on a new Civic hatchback 2023. T change on my 2012 Accord SE. To my disbelief, I was surprised to find out that their Sales Manager Hasan Habib had refused to provide me with a quote on the premises that I already had a pending offer on a Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I spoke to, Mr. Habib and he expressed that I was not worth his time and effort! Considering that I purchased my last two vehicles at Whitby Oshawa Honda, the customer service experience was quite frankly disappointing and has made me reconsider any further future purchases and services.
