Bad Experience!!! After fixing the damages on my Honda Civic EX (supposed to be delivered on April 26/17), I picked up the said unit on May 02, hoping that everything After fixing the damages on my Honda Civic EX (supposed to be delivered on April 26/17), I picked up the said unit on May 02, hoping that everything will be in order. As inspected, all the damages, i.e. backup light, backup camera and internal upholstery were properly fixed. However, as soon as I arrived home, I've noticed that two seat belts are missing and have to drive back again to Honda the next day on May 3 to have it installed. Also, my agent did not show up on this day to have given me the promised item. I have had enough "BAD" experience in dealing with this dealership and I hope that future customers will be more careful in buying used car from this dealer. Your DISSATISFIED customer, More

I have been & will continue to be loyal to this Dealership 80% of the reason I return and am loyal to this Dealership is because of my Service Technician Jimmy Olidis.
