Hello James, I can understand your frustration in our attempts to resolve the cause of the ‘knocking’ sound that your vehicle is making in the morning. In order for the repair to be paid under Hyundai’s warranty, the dealership must provide the manufacturer all of data readings they require before they provide us a repair authorization. I believe that we have found the cause and that Hyundai will give their conclusion by this Monday. I will notify you as soon as I hear back from them.
