Not satisfied with diagnose. This service centre just finished the recommended service on my 2012 Honda odyssey. Breaks were inspected at that time. I came to know when I drove to BC that at highway speed while braking, my van's steering wheel start shaking. I drove to Calgary before service it was OK. I brought my van back to dealership to address the problem this week . They charge me $139 + tax+ shop supplies to machine the front rotter. How come rotters need to be machined at 40,000 kms. while these rotters were inspected just 2 months ago. It could be one of the reason, uneven torquing of the wheels during recommended service. I am completely unsatisfied with this diagnose. I have extended warranty till 2019. they said its not covered. More

They spoke openly about the deal and at no time did I feel like I was being manipulated. I was also impressed by the service after we bought the car. They provided an orientation to the car. When I had a question the next day I called and was able to speak with the salesman who sold me the car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions. There is lots to learn with this car regarding technology and I was reassured that I could call or drop by at any time and there would be help.
