They don't treat customers as just customers but they treat you like family. I would definitely keep going to this dealership as they are none like any other. My salesman Brandon is very knowledgeable. Every question that I've asked, he's been more than helpful especially when I test drove the vehicle. Finance guy Vu and Brian got me the vehicle that I want at the budget that I can afford with the brand new 2015 Honda CRV Touring. I highly recommend Wheaton Honda for anyone looking for a new Honda. This dealer will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. I've dealt with other Honda dealerships in Edmonton and Wheaton Honda is by far the best dealerships around. Experience counts in difficult diagnoses My car had a complete electrical failure after I twice stopped the motor to wait for trains at a crossing. The car was totally dead, as if the batter My car had a complete electrical failure after I twice stopped the motor to wait for trains at a crossing. The car was totally dead, as if the battery were removed. Then, inexplicably, it did start after 10 minutes and several tries. I got it into my garage and left it overnight. Next morning, it was totally dead except that the instrument lights would briefly go on when I closed the driver's door (which seemed weird). I checked all major fuses and interchanged the relays under the hood and nothing helped. Then I partly charged the battery and could drive to the dealer's. They tested the electrical system and found that the battery, alternator and voltage regulator worked fine, but the battery was low. This left me in a quandary as to what had caused the dead battery. I am grateful to the express service manager, who took the time to explain that in his experience, this probably meant the connections to the battery were not tight, so he had had them tightened. After an overnight charge and a dozen trips, that seems to have solved my car's bizarre problem. More

I'm also a sales professional, so I have almost zero patience for unprofessional behavior. Walter, Brandon, Ryan and James did an excellent job every step of the way. I got the car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted, and the whole experience was positive. I would recommend Wheaton Honda to others, and I don't hand out referrals lightly. Good Out of Town Experience Dealt with Gage on-line & received good information about the vehicle and negotiated a price, and then Ian Rae helped me in person at the dealership. Flew out on a Friday morning, and was out the door with my used Toyota Prius by lunch time. A small window chip we noticed will be fixed by a Wheaton dealership in Victoria next week.
