Great experience even after purchasing a vehicle Had a good experience buying s used vehicle from there. Being from out of town they were able to get the vehicle ready for us so we could take it home Had a good experience buying s used vehicle from there. The salesperson Brandon helped me a lot by showing me the difference of the two trims i'm looking at. I got to see them first hand and in person to compare them better, with the detailed pricing of each. I get to test drive it as well, and it was really good (considering i've been driving a small car for so many years!) Brian, the finance manager helped me get a better deal that suits my monthly budget without skipping the coverage I needed for my new car. Their manager Vu, was approachable and great to deal with as well. Carlos was the guy in the Vehicle Delivery department who showed us what we need to know about our new car. He's knowledgeable and helpful with infos we needed to know. They even offered me a vehicle while waiting, so i can do important things like the car Registration. (The vehicle was really good btw! Thanks!) Overall experience was good and beyond my expectations. Got my new car today, clean and detailed. Appreciate everyone, God bless! More

Very professional highly recommend Had been looking for a mini van for awhile and narrowed it down to the Honda Odyssey. I went to a different honda dealer at first near my work but didn't get very good service so went to try out Wheaton. My first impression was the staff was mostly older and I liked that music wasn't blaring. The other dealership had young staff and the atmosphere seemed more of a nightclub. I was greeted warmly by Vu and I let him know what I was looking for and what I had to trade. I had thought I would be selling my current vehicle on kijji since I find the dealers usually don't give fair value. Vu had his service guy drive my trade in and 30 mins later offered me very close to what I was going to put it on Kijji for. We agreed on payments and price/extended warranty and I emailed him all the info the next day. The finance guy was also really nice and had everything ready to go when I came in the following day to wrap up. Everything went smoothly and I love my Odyssey. Really recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out. More

Dealership was Excellent I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si, from an online special that I came across on Wheaton Hondas website. Brandon Fillatre and Brian Golamc I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si, from an online special that I came across on Wheaton Hondas website. Brandon Fillatre and Brian Golamco were the employees of Wheaton whom I dealt with, in the purchase of my vehicle. I was working out of town at the time, and wasn't able to view the vehicle until 2 weeks after I made contact. Both Brandon and Brian professionally handled all my questions as best to their capability, and if there was a question that wasn't able to be answered immediately. They would reply back within the hour of my request. The professionalism I received is something I am grateful for and would recommend them both to those who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. Brian worked in finance, and he was more than willing to assist me in finding insurance for the vehicle that day, as I had to take the only day off I could, to view and purchase the car. He allowed me to use his personal computer to arrange financial details with my bank, as well insurance companies to gather quotes for. After I was able to gain the necessary paperwork and items needed to complete the transaction smoothly. The dealership personally chauffeured me to a local register, and bank in the area. I understand these are items I could have arranged on my own, but being new to the area, and also the limited time frame, added with nervous excitement. Both were attentive and eager to help me along. Once I was finished with the purchase of the vehicle, a young woman Kayla Penrice sat me down, and went over the infotainment system of the vehicle, as well the basic functions that come with. I'm not dead to technology, but the car I am coming from to this. Is over 15 years in technology advanced. The way Wheaton Honda arranges for the customer to leave the sales lot safe and confident is a sign of business that demonstrates compassion to its customers. When you purchase a brand new phone from a dealer, do they go over the basic functions when you leave the store? Maybe some, but it is a rare commodity to see. Either Honda or Wheaton themselves does this for the customer doesn't matter. The notion that they take pride in the vehicle leaving the store will be appreciated and used to its potential, impressed me. I have to say even the lil ol lady that came in to hand paperwork to Brian that day, brought out a chuckle, and alleviated some nervousness on my end, only because her innocence and good nature although may appeared intrusive, remained genuine. I had an excellent experience and would recommend these guys to anyone who may be looking at new or used. More

I purchased a 2015 GMC 2500HD from them in January, its my second time buying from them, the truck happen to be at their "sister dealership" Don Wheaton, so we asked them if they would be willing to bring it over from there because we wanted to buy from them again since that's where we bought the 2012 GMC Yukon XL from in 2013 and they brought it over no problem! I can't leave a review on their new vehicles but they always have a great selection of used and new and their show room and lot is great. More

An ACCORD purchased in Calgary was serviced by the dealership after move to Edmonton. Sales and service experience have been 5 star. The predelivery orientation was also 5 star, the young lady programmed the Bluetooth phone feature for us which helped relieve the stress we seniors would have had if we attempted it ourselves. All in all, a positive experience with Wheaton staff we dealt with. More
