Even though he knew I was just looking for information he took the time to answer all our questions and provide us with the information we did not know to ask. To top it off it was right before closing but he still took the time and as a result I went back the next day and met with him and received more information. Long and short I ended up buying a new vehicle. Ken was excellent to deal with and very passionate about Honda. He seemed to have my best interests in mind. Also working with Cam from Finance, he was super nice too. The dealership was very helpful and did what needed to be done to make this happen from the salesman to the delivery. I will recommend Wheaton Honda for sure. Thanks again for everything. More

Free Oil Change Plan, NOT FREE in the end I had an excellent buying experience with Honda. However, when I went for my first FREE oil change (which was part of my buying decision) I found out I had an excellent buying experience with Honda. However, when I went for my first FREE oil change (which was part of my buying decision) I found out it was only valid if I paid for their service schedule plan (or what ever it is called) else my FREE oil changes would be void. So in short, $230 oil change (or inspection/maintenance needed to receive free oil change) that I could have did at Toyota for less than $100. I feel like an idiot for thinking something like this would be free. Moreover, I felt sorry for the service staff who had too stand their with their heads hanging low when I complained (clearly not the first time someone did not read the 'fine print')...and I should apologize to them, it is not their fault. More
