Zero Buyers Remorse! I had specific vehicle requirements, mainly automatic, flat towable behind an RV, comfortable for 4 adults & 4 sets of golf clubs, navigation system & I had specific vehicle requirements, mainly automatic, flat towable behind an RV, comfortable for 4 adults & 4 sets of golf clubs, navigation system & competitively priced. Had previously purchased a new CR-V in 2004, that now has over 200K km on the motor and another 170K being towed. Still runs great, just wanted more 'bells and whistles' than was available in '04. Had such good luck with it, I put Honda West on the list for a replacement. Ray did everything he said he would and more. If I asked a question that he was unsure of the answer, there was no xx. He went to the appropriate department and found the answer. I liked being able to review the maintenance history of the vehicle. It was ready on time, there were no surprise charges. I have no reservations about suggesting Honda West to my friends. More

Best Sales Presentation I Ever Received The sales person that I dealt with during my entire sales experience was Nadeem Khan. He provided me with the most thorough sales presentation I have The sales person that I dealt with during my entire sales experience was Nadeem Khan. He provided me with the most thorough sales presentation I have ever received on any car I ever purchased. After asking a few question about the features I am looking for in a vehicle he took me to his office and pulled out the spec sheets for the various trim levels. He went through those spec sheets very methodical and answered any questions I had during that time. Nadeem was honest and upfront when I did not know an answer but always promised to find out. He did not xx his way through those questions like a many sales people I have come across. I respect someone that admits they don't know something but then find the correct answer for me. On the lot he showed me the vehicle I was interested in. Again he was very methodical in presenting the vehicle to me. He started with the outside of the vehicle, the engine compartment, the trunk space, and then the interior. First, he showed me how the interior can be re-configured into all kind of different settings, making the vehicle very flexible. He than, again, very thoroughly explained all the knobs, buttons, levers, screens, etc. After his presentation I was very familiar with the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and Nadeem allowed me to experience the handling of the car without throwing in a bunch of sales talk or even worse, asking for a buying decision. When we returned he asked if I thought the vehicle match the things I was looking for and I had to say that it was perfect. We went back to his office to do some number crunching. During that time a man by the name of Robert came in and introduced himself as the sales manager. I was impressed that he would come and make the effort to meet me and assure me that they are all working together to give the customer the best sales experience possible and continue on that note and provide the best service experience possible. If you are looking to purchase a Honda I urge you to go and visit Honda West and ask for NADEEM KHAN. You won't get much better service than this young man provided. Hat's off to you, Nadeem! Nadeem was very helpful and took his time, answered my questions, dealt with my concerns and made sure that there were no surprises.
