Amazing service from Honda West and Darrin Hurst I was about to move to Canada from Houston in year 2015 and wanted to purchase to new mini-van to replace my 2004 Toyota Sienner, which I liked but I I was about to move to Canada from Houston in year 2015 and wanted to purchase to new mini-van to replace my 2004 Toyota Sienner, which I liked but I didn't want to drive to Canada and do potential complicated modifications. I did a lot of research and concluded that Odyssey 2015 was the one I would purchase. I was told by my friends in the US that the price could be lower than that in Canada. I got a few quotes from different dealers in the US and also I got a few quotes from Honda dealers in Calgary. The price was close considering strong USD against CAD, except for the one I got from Honda West. The price was very competitive and it was even lower than that from the group discounted price in the US. Price is only one aspect I would recommend Honda West. Other very important aspect is the service from Darrin Hurst, the internet salesperson. The purchasing process was a long process, and I was even able to come in 2015 to pick up the car, which we had agreed with. Darrin was wonderful and very professional, providing excellent service all through the whole process. By the time I came to Calgary, 2015 Odyssey, the one I wanted to buy(trim, color) had been sold out, then the journey continued. Make the story short, at the end Darrin offered me 2016 Odessey with the same price as 2015 version. I really appreciate many (yes, many) phone calls and emails Darrin made during the whole process. I would strongly recommend Darrin for your next car purchase. More
