The car looked clean and runs well. The shop took care of a minor problem with the high-mounted brake light and some minor scratches and smudges in the paint job. I think the best part was the no haggling over the selling price and our trade-in value. Steve showed us exactly how the numbers get set so we could understand. The Business guy, Gabe, was also easy to talk to, friendly, efficient and informative. Picking up the car was smooth and only took about 45 minutes to take of everything. It was a nice touch that our name was showing on the TV in the showroom when we showed up to take delivery. When we got home we noticed that there was no manual so phoned Steve right away. He ordered a new one for us. Also, surprise surprise...the tank was full of gas!! More
