Jocelyn is an absolute gem. My experience with her went very well. She is a very warm and engaging person and made the purchase of my vehicle a smooth experience. Should you go to Honda West? Most definitely! Be sure to ask for Jocelyn Barton - Truly a gem of a person and I doubt your experience could get any better than this. Matthew, in finance, was great as well. He made suggestions but was neither pushy nor aggressive about it. More

I was not planning to buy Jocelyn was very helpful. My biggest problem was that she and my wife bonded so I was hopelessly out gunned . 😄 Our only problem was that there was Jocelyn was very helpful. Admittedly small but it was there and should have been noticed and fixed before we came to pick up the car. Now we have to take it to the paint shop, paid for by the dealer, and lose our time to do so. The most important thing I own is my time. Other than this, a very positive event. More
