HONESTY IN USED CARS I had looked for a used Honda Civic at Village Honda, but found them devious and underhanded. my wife and I decided to go to Honda West where we deal I had looked for a used Honda Civic at Village Honda, but found them devious and underhanded. my wife and I decided to go to Honda West where we dealt with Lloyd Darilay in used cars. We found him and the entire staff much more agreeable and honest. The morning after I took the car home, the trunk wouldn't shut so I took it back and it was repaired immediately. It has been a few months now . and we are still very pleased . I recommend Honda West highly to all looking for a Honda or any used car for that matter. The lot is much smaller than Village Honda, but how much are you willing to pay the owners of Village Honda for their larger lot?. I took my prior Civic there for years for service but never will again. I have paid them enough More

We thought we would try a dealership closer but were very unhappy with way they treated customers. All kinds of extra fees and higher costs and dealing back and forth with the salesman and the manager. So back we go to Honda West where we were treated extremely well, given a fair trade in price and also a fair purchase price. They were very efficient with the process and had the colour of car delivered to their dealership (at no extra charge- unlike the $1700 the other dealership wanted) on time and showed us how all the new features worked. We couldn't be any happier with the process and I will most certainly drive the hour to get my car serviced there because of their professional style of business. More
