It's one thing to swing a bat....the important part is the follow through. ...sales is the bat....they will kiss ur butt....Service is the follow through absolutely garbage.....it's like friends just hanging out....no special attire...hair done nothing ...perhaps they ate too comfortable....I wonder if I bought a new brand vehicle if it would have been better?... Starts at the top...Manager is a joke...First name A--x.. Had vehicle for one week second time and told me that's how steering is suppose to sound....Wow More

Then...the service Piece of garbage SERVICE I called complaint about problems They disregard I call again for service I paid a service package about $2500(includes everything except gas) They wanted charged me then for oil change Then they are so incompetents they did not do all I asked because the employees did not input the information in the work wonder when I called They keep saying: they don't know!!! Extremely incompetente service!!! And my vehicle still with same problems reported back in december 2017 The mechanic is totally, unwilling to look for complaints The manager is totally unwilling to hear customers Problem in my car still there!!! More

I caught service manager Kimberly Smith red handed telling a technician, Jason Kalajian, to search the interior of my vehicle and tell her what's in the ashtray. Obvious privacy concern, why are they going through customers vehicles? Brought this to GM Steven Majewski and his demenor suggested this a common practise at the dealership. Stay away from the service department especially Ms. Smith she is very sleezy. Perfect definition of unorganized. Also filed a complaint with corporate Ford Canada and requested a follow up. However it seems they swept it under the rug and no one since has contacted me. More
I have used Cruickshank for a few times since it is close to me. Normally all I need is an oil change. My last visit was for an oil change and the service writer asked if I wanted to rotate the tires. I decl to me. Normally all I need is an oil change. My last visit was for an oil change and the service writer asked if I wanted to rotate the tires. I declined as I had done this myself a few weeks earlier. The service was quick however the next day my rear tire was flat.. ok maybe I picked up a nail, I removed the tire, inspected it and could not for the life of me locate a puncture. Now I am a trained mechanic and am only having the oil done at the dealer to keep warranty up to date. Upon further inspecton I found that the valve stem is loose mmmm how so?? I have never had a valve stem come loose on its own?? was the tech upset that he didn't get the extra work?? I am not pleased they well never get any of my business again. From now I will have to find another dealer to perform the bare minimum level of service in order to keep my warranty up to date once that is over they will not see any money from me again. More
