Terrible customer service. After going there 10 yrs, I tried to book a recall and oil change both online and by leaving phone but no one responded. Finally reached someone by phone and was told I had to call back during certain hours to talk to the Service Department. I explained that due to my work schedule, it was difficult to do so and, given my previous difficulties trying to book, how could they help me get the car in. The answer was a terse: “Sorry, nothing we can do.” I’m ready to upgrade to a new vehicle but won’t be doing business with Weston Ford again.

"F-150 with only 20,123 km Lemmon "

"Worst Dealership ! Thumbs Up !!!"

Worst Dealership, they lie about everything . Especially after sale is even worse. My engine light was on the very 2nd month of getting a new car and when i took it in they said it was from the rust proofing and i had my fuel tank pressure sensor sprayed and that's why the light is on and is not covered under warranty, when i read online and spoke to few of my buddies that have ford, they'll said ford has this problem in most of the new cars. My mechanic said the reason for them to not do it is because, my car more components had to be brought down to replace the sensor and it's not that easy like the other cars and he said it's a day of work. I do not understand why a registered dealership would not support a customer that's got the warranty and give false information. When i bought the car from them, i was gonna recommend them to my brother who was looking to get 3 high end trucks for his business, never ever i would recommend here, great place if you are doing a oil change, that's all they can do. Just not WORTH IT !

Terrible Dealership Manager. Immature and childish...Extremely lazy mechanics at least one....no thinking outside the box...faulty part replacement twice....gonna pay myself and get done somewhere else before I get myself in trouble.... It's one thing to swing a bat....the important part is the follow through. ...sales is the bat....they will kiss ur butt....Service is the follow through absolutely garbage.....it's like friends just hanging out....no special attire...hair done nothing ...perhaps they ate too comfortable....I wonder if I bought a new brand vehicle if it would have been better?... Starts at the top...Manager is a joke...First name A--x.. Had vehicle for one week second time and told me that's how steering is suppose to sound....Wow

"INCOMPETENTE SERVICE"

First of all when I purchase The sales guy tried to make me sign documents totally wrong, voiding my rights as consumer Second sales manager gets all upset, because I asked all docs to be re-done Treated me as cancelling the deal if I don't accept the way it is I STOOD TO REQUEST MY RIGTHS! Then...the service Piece of garbage SERVICE I called complaint about problems They disregard I call again for service I paid a service package about $2500(includes everything except gas) They wanted charged me then for oil change Then they are so incompetents they did not do all I asked because the employees did not input the information in the work wonder when I called They keep saying: they don't know!!! Extremely incompetente service!!! And my vehicle still with same problems reported back in december 2017 The mechanic is totally, unwilling to look for complaints The manager is totally unwilling to hear customers Problem in my car still there!!!

"Worst service"

Never fixed the first time! Have to bring it back multiple times to get the job done right. Inconsistent quotes & pricing. Even after poor treatment and customer service, still nickel and diming for everything. They have a voice recording that brags about there customer service and goal of word of mouth recommendations - ironic.

"Unprofessional, very poor service "

Had 2015 F350 truck towed there. They charged over 200 to check it and didn't find anything. I got stuck again with the same problem and had to fix myself in my driveway. Service manager would not return phone calls.

No one at this service center seems to care about what their are doing or helping the client. They are slow and sloppy. Never quite properly and give wrong information. Used to come here since it's closest to home but would rather drive further than endure another terrible service appt.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Sport from Cruickshank. Great vehicle but horrible service. I caught service manager Kimberly Smith red handed telling a technician, Jason Kalajian, to search the interior of my vehicle and tell her what's in the ashtray. Obvious privacy concern, why are they going through customers vehicles? Brought this to GM Steven Majewski and his demenor suggested this a common practise at the dealership. Stay away from the service department especially Ms. Smith she is very sleezy. Perfect definition of unorganized. Also filed a complaint with corporate Ford Canada and requested a follow up. However it seems they swept it under the rug and no one since has contacted me.
