I caught service manager Kimberly Smith red handed telling a technician, Jason Kalajian, to search the interior of my vehicle and tell her what's in the ashtray. Obvious privacy concern, why are they going through customers vehicles? Brought this to GM Steven Majewski and his demenor suggested this a common practise at the dealership. Stay away from the service department especially Ms. Smith she is very sleezy. Perfect definition of unorganized. Also filed a complaint with corporate Ford Canada and requested a follow up. However it seems they swept it under the rug and no one since has contacted me. More

Hello Demo! My wife and I were honestly not searching for a Ford Escape. We were looking at slightly larger Hyundai and Sorento"s. But we we wanted more 'bling" o My wife and I were honestly not searching for a Ford Escape. We were looking at slightly larger Hyundai and Sorento"s. But we we wanted more 'bling" on the vehicle. We were looking for used so we're on Autotrader all the time and saw this Ford Escape. My wife initially spoke with Fernando over the phone and within hours we went to the dealership. After both of us test driving the SUV with out great salesperson Fernando we came to an agreement and closed the deal. I was concerned since it was a demo that it would have the shine of a new car. Fernando assured me that upon pick-up the vehicle would be gleaming inside and out. A week later, a man of his word, Fernando, as the SUV was excellently detailed, including the engine. We are very happy with out purchase and the service we received from Fernando. Ask for him when you visit the dealership. More
