I sat down and talked to Casey about how feasible it would be to trade in my truck. We worked out financing on a 2019 rav 4, and I couldn’t be happier! We all fit so much better! My Tacoma was a fun truck, until the baby came along, but I love the Toyota brand so much we stuck with it! Thanks again Casey! More

Then as I owned more of them, it became more reasons like the purchasing experience. There isn’t this huge negotiation dance. Lies after lies about vehicle performance, costs of accessories, etc. I appreciate that Toyota is a more expensive brand, however, overall cost of ownership, hassle at the dealership, hassle from the repairs (although this metric is slipping) is a far lower cost experience compared to other brands I have owned (VW & GMC). More
