Other services that we had: We had to buy or return our leased 2016 Toyota 4 runner in one week, however the 2019 toyota 4 runner black color that we have picked to lease was not available for three/four weeks, they have contacted to Toyota Canada lease department and let us use our 2016 toyoto 4 runner as a loner vehicle until our 2019 toyota 4 runner arrived, I would say this would be going extra mile of effort for your client. regards Kenan More
