Ryan (Finance) thoroughly explained all of the details involved in leasing a car, as well as the various protection (3M, undercoat) that would be recommended for our climate here in Edmonton. On the day I picked it up, Andy and Ryan dealt with all of the paperwork quickly and then Andy spent time explaining all of the safety features of the car. I left feeling really comfortable and ready to enjoy my new car. More
