Our test drive with Lloyd was most informative, with Lloyd first demonstrating some of the vehicle's capabilities before I took over the driving. I would say that Lloyd's initial demonstration of what the vehicle could do on icy, potholed roads was instrumental in my decision to proceed with purchasing the vehicle and to purchase it from West Edmonton Hyundai. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the typical add-ons (protection packages, extended warranties, etc.), although they were offered as you would expect. I declined those add-ons, and Nikki Collins (Financing) simply asked for my reasons for declining before politely accepting my decision without aggressively trying to change my mind. The only reason that I didn't rate pricing as "Great" is that I don't consider myself to be a great negotiator and I believe that my son-in-law in Texas would have driven a harder bargain. Regardless, I am satisfied with the final price of the vehicle. I highly recommend West Edmonton Hyundai for your next vehicle purchase! More
