Service Department I received a recall notice in the mail so I knew it was time to get in contact with Mazda. Being a busy individual, I decided to email my request for I received a recall notice in the mail so I knew it was time to get in contact with Mazda. Being a busy individual, I decided to email my request for an appointment. I heard back from a Mazda rep within a day, I think, with an appointment date and time. I thought this was GREAT!! I soon realized that the date of my car's appointment was also the date I had to take my daughter to an appointment, so I emailed the service advisor who had originally contacted me to advise me of the appointment and asked if I would have a courtesy car while they were attending to my car. He advised me no as the appointment would only take an hour or so BUT he also offered their shuttle service, as long as the appointment was local (which it was). I could breath a sigh of relief!! It turns out that my hour long appointment turned into two.... and that was OK as I was still able to make my daughters appointment. When it came time to settle the bill, I must say that Radford was nothing but professional. I will definitely return. More

Treated very well! I was greeted promptly and politely and directed to the service department. I called from the side of the road, having a bad morning as my wipers wer I was greeted promptly and politely and directed to the service department. I called from the side of the road, having a bad morning as my wipers weren't working in a downpour on my drive to work. Jose said to bring it in and they would have a look. I was kept informed of the status of my car even though the waiting room was the busiest I had ever seen it. Rides were being arranged to shuttle people to and from home and during all the activity with phone calls, etc., Jose and Radford spoke with each person in a friendly manner. I was treated respectfully and Jose walked me to the car to ensure that my wipers were working before I drove off. The added bonus was getting into a clean car - inside and out! I have owned my Mazda since 2008 and have had only good experiences with the staff here! More

Although the initial contact was curt at best, I answered all of her questions politely. I then asked if she could continue to discuss a new car purchase (Mazda 3 GT )via text, as my job makes emailing or calls difficult sometimes. I was told no, it has to be via email. Now I have had most of my correspondence with the sales people my last 7 vehicle purchases via text, but okay, this place is obviouslystill just a bit more old school,and that is okay. So I will continue with email then I think to myself. But the next thing is she is rude and insults me at a personal level. It is one thing to be unflexible in how you contact someone, and not very friendly. But it is just wrong to be insulting. I am proud of my name, as unusual as it may be. But to insult me because you think my name is weird, is just wrong for a sales person to do in my opinion. I will be purchasing my new car elsewhere. More
