Started with the new car, continued because of great service I purchased my new Mazda here in 2012. I have stayed with West Coast Mazda ever since, as the service is great and the service prices are reasonable. I purchased my new Mazda here in 2012. I have stayed with West Coast Mazda ever since, as the service is great and the service prices are reasonable. I appreciate the car wash (weather permitting) and their promptness. My car is always ready on time. They don't upsell or take advantage. Last time before the service I was informed of a filter that may need replacing and informed of the price. I agreed to the work, and then when I picked up my car they said it wasn't necessary this time. It's the little details that instill trust, and that's why I drive across the bridge when there's another Mazda dealer really close to me. I've sent three friends who have also purchased their new cars here and they're all happy. More

The main reason for this review was the car wash and detailing that was done on our cars. We can't stop talking about it. It was way beyond our expectations.
