Excellent service Had my second service done on my2019 CX-5 S. Originally scheduled for March 21 but had to postpone due to uncertainty w current Covid-19. Anyway cam Had my second service done on my2019 CX-5 S. Originally scheduled for March 21 but had to postpone due to uncertainty w current Covid-19. Anyway came in around 2:30. Folks were conscious of self-distancing and as I was seated, they removed the armchair next to me. Everything was done in a little over an hour. Was handed back my key fob -untouched as they had me put it in a sandwich bag. Paid my bill and got into my CX-5 which they had just washed. Thank you for your usual prompt and courteous service. See you in 6 months. More

After 11 years of dealing with West Coast Mazda.....that's right.....we bought anot We purchased our first Mazda3GT (2009 sedan ) at West Coast Mazda. After 11 years of dealing with West Coast Mazda.....that's right.....we bought another one. (2020 premium Mazda3 GT hatch). Did we trade in the 2009....no way!! Love the Product and the Dealership. Recommend to everyone. More

I found the service department to be very efficient!! Whenever I go to check on little things with my car I just pull up to the service doors and some always comes out and helps me straight away!!
