Really happy with the customer service we received at West Coast Kia. Our salesman, Denys, was great--no pressure, low key approach and knowledgeable and had our backs when a freak technical issue appear West Coast Kia. We purchased an EV6, received it several months before expected. Within a few hours of having the car, it just stopped driving and had to be towed back to the dealer. The technicians were stumped by the problem. When I expressed I didn't feel safe with this particular car Denys was understanding and arranged for us to get a different EV6. We had to wait about a month for the replacement car, but had a loaner the whole time so were never without a vehicle. We've had our replacement EV6 for about 5 days now and are loving it! Fun to drive and, most importantly, we feel safe in it! Extremely happy with our purchase and with Kia's customer service. More
