Had booked a service online for March 6th, service department called me back and said appointment not available, can you come March 2nd. When I arrived March 2nd there was no booking for the 2nd but r department called me back and said appointment not available, can you come March 2nd. When I arrived March 2nd there was no booking for the 2nd but rather for the 6th. I drove 45 mins for nothing and service department had no comment, could not accommodate, like I was the one that was confused. I understand people make mistakes, service department could have at least acknowledged and offered something to earn my future business. Will not go back there for service. More
