Edited/updated in 2022. I just got my second Volvo from Bosco/David from Unionville Volvo. Just as how I remembered 3 years ago, Bosco went above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered during the shopping. A couple of highlights: 1) I wasn’t sure if the new XC90 would fit in my garage, Bosco drove an XC90 to my house to ensure it would fit before making a decision on the car. 2)I made a separate request after I picked up the car to change to a green plate, Bosco took care of that for me right away instead of sending me to the Ministry of Transportation. Things like this made a huge difference in my overall experience, and will make me reach out to Bosco again in 2 years when my lease is up. David is also a very pleasant staff that processed all my paper work, it was great catching up with everyone after 3 years. Will always be taking my business to Bosco and David. Thank you. Original post in 2019 Fantastic dealership, I just picked up my brand new XC60, and the entire shopping experience that started a month ago was very smooth and pleasant. Bosco is a wonderful sales manager, he is very quick to respond and very patient in answering all my questions. He was also very genuine and factual when we first met and when he first introduced Volvo’s line up to us, both my husband and myself felt very comfortable in doing business with Bosco. When I picked up the car, he even surprised me with a even better offer than the one I signed at purchase, which showed integrity of the dealership. David offered valuable advice to me in ending my previous lease with a different car brand, which worked out perfectly in the end. I highly recommend Volvo of Unionville and the Volvo brand itself. I’m new to the brand but it is absolutely a leading innovator in the luxury SUV segment. More

We bought XC60 T6 with help from Andrew. He was great from the get go and helping myself and my spouse with the various options/colours. He does not hid away from answering un-comfortable question about legacy display of Volvo and how to overcome it as well. I normally shy away from reviewing right after purchase to avoid recency bias. Having worked with Andrew again recently (several months after the initial purchase), we find his approach continuous to be professional and engaging, beyond trying "to-sell" mindset and truly caring about find the right solution for us with all interactions with Volvo of Unionville.
