Back on the Road! On a VERY rare occasion, I required a tow from out of town to get my Odyssey to Village Honda for repairs. Kate Fletcher was great at getting my Odys On a VERY rare occasion, I required a tow from out of town to get my Odyssey to Village Honda for repairs. Kate Fletcher was great at getting my Odyssey in with my "go to" technician, Simon Barge. Simon was quick to diagnose the issue, show me the faulty parts, and express order the required new parts. Kate was excellent at keeping me up to date with the progress of the repair. Once the repairs were complete, Simon personally let me know that all was well with my Odyssey now, and Kate reviewed the work order thoroughly. They are both always a pleasure to work with. They are an asset to the Village Honda team! More

Routine oil change Booked last minute service appointment for oil change . Dropped vehicle off at 8 am and a shuttle was arranged almost immediately for a ride home. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYTIME I drove in late on Thurday afternoon to have my tire pressure checked. Turns out there was a nail in my tire. I called for an Customer Number 119425 Invoice Number HOCS537198 Rarely.do you encounter people in service that truly go out of their way to oblige. I called for an appointment and was offered the next day. I arrived at appointed during a busy morning and greeted with smiles and directions where to go for check-in. Heather Cadman was friendly and relaxed. She really listened to me and understood my needs completely. After enjoying a coffee and banana in my comfy waiting room area, my car was ready and waiting. She explained the work in detail, smiled brightly and laughed with me. A genuine person doing a great job! Came out to a sparkling newly washed version of my car. (ONLY downside was it was parked some distance from the service door entrance (near street) while my handicap parking pass hung right from my rear view mirror and it was slightly icy). No other vehicles occupied handicapped stalls. Thank-you again for "keeping it real". Very grateful. More
