Excellent service by Heather Cadman at Village Honda I am writing my satisfaction after working with Heather Cadman on repairing my Honda Civic Hybrid for battery IMA and engine sings. I dropped off my c I am writing my satisfaction after working with Heather Cadman on repairing my Honda Civic Hybrid for battery IMA and engine sings. I dropped off my car on Nov 21, 2016 without appointment. The car was fixed but those signs came back two days later. I contacted Heather and she had my car in to have another look. She recommended that the ima battery was in need of replacement. This repair was no longer covered under warrenty but she submitted a good will claim for the repair. She followed up on the case very well even we went on vacation during this time and finally got our car repaired once we returned back from vacation. Heather is very friendly, service oriented and the results show that she puts a lot of effort to make customer satisfied with service provided by Village Honda. I came to the service team after some issues with my vehicle shortly after purchase and Gord went so far above and beyond to get my vehicle to good working order that I still can hardly believe it.
