Paul accommodated our many trips to the dealership and made himself available each time to give us the comfort we needed to make our purchase. We were undecided between 2 vehicles and we received the unbiased comparisons based on "our" needs. Dee in the Business Department was very knowledgeable and informative about the warranty opportunities. So much so that when we first went to see her we were adamant about not getting any further upgrades or warranties. But based on Dee's advise we bought an additional 3 year warranty, paint protection and interior protection. She was patient with all our questions and concerns. We visited other dealerships in Calgary and chose to come back to Village Honda to make our purchase due to the professionalism of the people and the dealership feel and look. Some of the other dealer showrooms in Calgary are tired and worn looking (and cramped) and we didn't get the "feel good" reception from them that we got from Village Honda. Thanks to all! More
