First off, the estimate provided to me by Village Honda’s Tong Cam was way under what I even got from other privately-owned body-shops. Then when it came to the actual repair-work, Tong was super-helpful and assured me of a headache-free experience… and he indeed lived up to that assurance. He coordinated with my insurance company and kept me informed and updated on the repairs till the end. At the end of it, I received my vehicle back – shiny and spotless – looked much better than how I drove it in. Hopefully accidents like these do not happen anymore – but in the odd chance that they may – I will not hesitate for a second in seeking Tong’s (and Honda’s) help in getting my car fixed… highly recommend their service. The best place to buy your new Honda, hands down! Firstly, the customer experience was second to none. I reached out initially on the internet and was emailed almost immediately by Jason Hofer. Jason went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. When I made the trip to the dealership, he demonstrated his considerable knowledge of the product line and created a very easy going, no-pressure like environment. When it came to making the purchase, Jason Van't Hullenaar worked really hard to get me a fair value on the trade in and get a great price on the vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend if you are looking at a Honda purchase, and even if this dealership is not the closest to you, that you take the time to visit. I actually started out with the dealership that is in my area, and quite frankly their sales process was abhorrent and I walked out of a negotiation. I am so glad that I did! Thank you Jason and Jason - you really provided top notch customer service and we are really excited about our new Pilot!!! More

Village Honda Service I've been dealing with Village Honda Service since I bought my first Ridgeline back in 2005. I have always found them to be upfront an honest with wh I've been dealing with Village Honda Service since I bought my first Ridgeline back in 2005. I have always found them to be upfront an honest with what work is required. In particular, Jeff Glover the director of service is a top shelf guy. He is more than happy to deal with customers directly and show you exactly what needs to be done. On one occasion I had a squeaking sound from the back end. He put it up on the rack, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute, and showed me exactly where the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Another example, my son gets a nail through the sidewall of his tire and it is looking that he may need to replace at least 2 tires. Jeff finds me a used tire exactly like the old one with approx the same wear and swaps it out. Yep, top shelf guy and one of the main reasons I go back there for all my service work. More
