Went shopping for a new civic. The only dealership in western canada that was willing to order my civic at MSRP and do a cash deal was Village Honda. I leased my 1st Honda CRV in 2022, I have now traded it in for my 2nd 2024 CRV Hybrid from Lee Gogel at Village Honda. Lee is well informed about the vehicle and I found he is easy to deal with and willin in for my 2nd 2024 CRV Hybrid from Lee Gogel at Village Honda. Lee is well informed about the vehicle and I found he is easy to deal with and willing to help get the deal that I wanted. (or close to it). We loved the vehicle buying experience however some information presented was false. Like the open trunk button doesn't work with the passport we purchased. But after the horrible experience with fin information presented was false. Like the open trunk button doesn't work with the passport we purchased. But after the horrible experience with finance and the tone change from karim, we felt worthless because we didn't buy extended warranty. Plus we said no to the 700 concierge charge and he wouldn't reverse. After complaining to manager, he refunded back to the bank but we would have loved to see our bill less by $800. Tires were pretty bald as well. Part of wood. Always profits first. I bought my daughter a car and they weren't the ones that came to mind first. Aside from recall work, we won't be using their service either as they are so rude. More

There is no free oil changes for life. It's a scam. Each time you leave there, you're out hundreds of $$. When the concern was expressed to the dealership manager, the response was apathet It's a scam. Each time you leave there, you're out hundreds of $$. Please do not go to this dealership, they lied to my face, made mistakes on my vehicle and then offered me a lifetime of free oil changes…. xxxxxxxx! Today I went to another service centre, only to find face, made mistakes on my vehicle and then offered me a lifetime of free oil changes…. xxxxxxxx! Today I went to another service centre, only to find out that they made a mess of the undercarriage and skid plate…. I don’t ever want to go to that place again, even though it’s their fault, I’m weary of what else they might do to mess up my car. They misdiagnosed my car, tried to offer me 10% off if I got the repairs done right away, after two other inspections their findings were completely false. Finding honest good service for your vehicle shouldn’t be this frustrating. Please think twice before going there, it’s not worth the hassle, don’t believe anything they say about the platinum membership, it’s all lies. I just hope their parting gift/mess up doesn’t cost me too much. More
