I just want to comment that you need to improve the quality control of your repair and maintenance services. They do a sloppy job. I was already unsatisfied with the original quality of my 16 Odyssey. First it was the mass airflow sensor and a outside window molding that needs to be replaced. Until last Friday, I took my car in for a B service and to fix a squeaking front suspsnsion and sliding door. They fixed the door and replaced the bumper stops in my suspension struts based on a service bulletin. I took my car back and first thing I saw they left an exacto blade at the back floor of my car. Second, I opened the hood and found that they forgot to put back the cover for the access to the front strut bolts. The cover was left inside the hood near the radiator cap. If I hadn't open the hood and checked, the cover might have already been lost after driving around. But anyway, I let that go. However after driving the car normally for a short while, there's suddenly loud clunking noise coming from the suspension. I was afraid to drive it and was left without any car to use for the rest of the weekend. Took my car in immediately on Monday and they found that a bolt in the sway bar was not tightened properly after the service. I was really disappointed after all this hassle and was fortunate that it was only the sway bar that was loose. If it had been something else, the consequence could have been more serious. I am really considering not coming back to Villagehonda for service again. More

Great Sales without Pressure! When I first walked into Village Honda, I was on a mission, but perhaps my clothing conveyed a more "Browsing" sort of feel. So I walked in thru the side door where Andres sat and I walked down the length of the sales room scanning the civic lineup looking a match. I was surprised though that during those 10 mins of doing my own browsing no one asked if I needed help. So I turned back the way I came and studied the civics a little more and finally Andres came up and offered his help even though he was more in charge of the Used Car Sales. Which didn't matter to me... at least here's a guy who's willing to help and didn't make me feel I'm obligated to buy right now. I give him a rating of 10/10. because he was working the used car sales, he was learning just as much as I was about the civic models I was looking at. What impressed me is that he would never answer me with a no I don't know but instead I'm not sure but I'll find out for ya! He answered every question perfectly! Even a few questions I had forgotten I asked. You know how some sales guys try to figure out whether you are buying or not and you can feel them sizing you up? Andres did nothing of the sort. I almost felt like he was a friend who's advising me on buying a car. Kept his attention on me the whole time and not distracted by other customers. The most impressive quality is that even though he's a busy guy, he never once made me feel like I'm taking up his time! Fantastic sales technique! Not a pressure sales guy! I wish more car sales guys treated their customers the way Andres does. More

This experience was what prompted us to buy a second vehicle at the same time which Omar gladly assisted to secure and execute the additional sale. Bad experience lead to learn. I cannot recommend them never. Once they get your 1k deposit you already hook and sound that no way to withdraw. What a bad experience we had. After depositing 1k the next morning we decide to cancel before office hour I start to leave massges and make calls several times but return no call if your approved or not no reply for voicemail and messages, I just waited and waited my decision sometimes is not fix but no calls at all. Finally we decide to cancel our order and ask my husband after work that was around 5:00pm and find other Honda dealer.Disregarding calls lead changes either to get or not. It is a bad experience and waste of time coming and talking to sales manager. Until after 7 days come to the Honda village before going to work and asking them nicely to get the refund of 1k but then talking to Jayson Hullenaar sales manager and 2 sales man Vincent Law and Mike Han did not help me at all but gives me disappointment.(I feel begging coz. we will be away for two weeks) Jayson asking me to buy my 1k of parts. What? And asking me so much question if we get a pre-approved to other dealership, and telling me you lied.. Makes me upset and better to leave before losing my temper. During my stay in BC received a call from Mike Oh your car is ready did you guys phone us back after many calls if we were approved? Not at all. Please respect the decision of your customer if we decide to cancel. Some of you might get good experience for them but for us we consider that was our bad day.. More
