My experience from day 1 walking into Victoria Hyundai I have always been a bit uneasy around sales as pressure selling makes me uncomfortable. From being greated by Audra and working with Indy and Shawn and Bruce I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent service and good staff I went there in order to get rid of my old chevrolet trailblazer 2002. As soon as I arrived there I've been taking in charge by Mr. Jody Dick. I found that he was very friendly and helpful in order for me to get the car I was looking for and actually they had the car in stock available. I did not have to wait a week in order to see the car I was looking for. Bring me on a road test that I enjoyed. He explained me every component of the what does it do and all the good thing about. Warranty service I had a warranty issue with the clock and key programming with my 2012 Accent. I spoke with Steve Munro while having a coffee in their waiting room. I thought he was one of the floor salesman, turns out he owns the place. He treated me with respect and was very respectful of all those that happened to walk by whether a customer or staff, alway wanting to know if he could be of some help. He assured me that his staff would make sure all of my problems would be dealt with. The problems were dealt with in a timely manor by the very friendly service department. I had an appointment and they were prepared to deal with me when I arrived even though I was fifteen minutes early. While conversing with a sales person, killing time several times the service department representative came from the service shop to keep me up-to-date with the progress on the repairs. Outstanding customer service. More

He listened to me, explained things thoroughly and was very knowledgeable in all areas (and trust me I asked a lot of questions lol). I didn't feel like I was being sold something simply so he could make a buck. I truly felt that he believes in the product he's selling and would stand behind it 100%. It's because of the authentic and genuine approach that Andrew displayed that I felt so comfortable and excited to purchase this lovely beast that I've now named Scarlet. Great Sales Department and Sales People We went to Victoria Hyundai to look at cars as the van we had was too big for the city of Victoria. All this time Jay was talking and making us feel very comfortable. We have never had that kind of non-pressured sales tactic before. Jody was great, up front about everything and had a real "no pressure" attitude while showing the car and on the test drive. Bruce Blake was helpful and friendly and informative like Jody. Often car dealers and their employees get a bad rep., but this is/was not our experience at Victoria Hyundai. The whole staff seemed welcoming and friendly. Thanks. More

He was true to his no-pressure mantra, and we loved working with him for his knowledge and personal touch. When you're sitting in a dealership for hours at a time, it's a definite perk working with such a great conversationalist. Indy, Jared and Cole were equally as welcoming, friendly and fun. After signing the deal, we definitely felt pressured to buy the extended warranty, but as first-time new car buyers, we probably should have been expecting an upsell. All things considered, the team was patient with our decision-making process and receptive to our feedback; they stayed late to accommodate our schedule and were generally awesome. We'd recommend Andrew and the dealership (and the Elantra!) to anyone in the market for a new car. More
