"Terrible service department"

Brought my Jeep in for a recall, as well as to try to get some warranty work done. They told me they would order the parts, and call me when they come in. They never called, except to try to get me to come in for an oil change, every month. So I would ask them if my parts where in to where I would get the reply, I know nothing about that, I'll look into it and call you back. Now it's out if warranty, and they won't do anything about it. Call head office and they were no help either, except to try to get me to buy something new. Why would I buy anything from Chrysler again when the service is so terrible?!

"Poor service"

Booking an appointment doesn't seem to matter here. Apparently when you book an appointment you still have to "wait in queue". The appointment you book is to only talk to the service advisor and not an actual appointment in the shop for your vehicle.

"Charged us, but did not fix the issue! "

We were passing through Calgary and had an issue with our trailer lights. We waited 4 hours for them to have a chance to look at it, as they were squeezing us in and we were ok with that. But at pick up they told us it was all good, they had replaced a fuse and everything was working. Went to pick up our boat and we had some lights, but not all of them. By now the dealership was closed so we had to spend the night in Calgary. Back to the dealership the next morning and waited in line. When we got through we were told it was Saturday, so they could not look at it. We were told we could call in Monday when we asked for a refund as we will have to pay someone else to fix it!

"The best treatment I’ve had at a dealership"

From the moment the receptionist answered my call things were great. Service department (Andy) great to deal with and his crew were all business. Sales team (Jason and Nairn) not pushy, didn’t pressure a purchase. They came across very proud of the RAM line and were just happy to show me the new features going at my pace when chatting about a purchase- very refreshing in my truck purchasing experience. I’d recommend seeking this dealership out if you like looking for a new vehicle without feeling you need to be on guard!

"Poor service, manager not available."

Brought our Jeep here for an insurance repair, they kept pushing completion date and when we were finally able to pick up, they wanted an additional $500 fee. For what? We don’t know and he wasn’t there to explain. Receptionist or service department refused to speak to our insurance adjuster. Waste of our time and them taking advantage.

Poor quality service, avoiding customer, left vehicle in worse shape. Would never ever recommend this service department or dealership to anyone. My advice to improve is simple, call your customer and communicate better in the future, care about your quality of service and never ever avoid a situation you are responsible for!!!

"Service Department Aaron Johnson"

We have been dealing with the service department for over a month now. We had an insurance claim on our Jeep and it has been a terrible experience. The service department continually said it would be done by a certain date but it would always get delayed. They don’t call to let us know though we would have to continually follow up. They told us our vehicle would be ready for sure so we drove 5 hours to pick it up and when we got there it was not ready. They had been replacing a headliner and doing electrical work and had forgotten to hollyhock the sun roof back up. When we picked up the vehicle later that day we noticed the headliner was not installed properly and several panels were very loose. They told us we could get the work done closer to home. We also had an electrical fault a few days after pick up even though we were assured the vehicle was safe to drive. We took the vehicle to a dodge dealer closer to home to have the adjustments done and received an email from varsity saying the work was approved. Now varsity is saying the work isn’t approved and we need to bring it back to Calgary to have the work done. On top of that they continually transfer and keep you on hold. Will definitely be filing an AMVIV complaint first thing Monday morning!

"Pro master van is a lemon and Varsity can’t fix it"

2014 Promaster engine light on pro master work van has been on since day one. They have not been able to find the problem (even put a new wire harness in it lol) We decided that we would just drive it as they can’t fix it and it seams to run ok. Took it in for service Jan 2019. Mentioned this yet again...got a $342.00 bill to assess this engine light. They now say it can be fixed for $500.00. Total joke. I will never ever return to this place again (I have purchased 5 vehicles over the last 12 years from them) DONE

Great service at Varsity on all levels. FREEDOM gave me a quote on replacing windshield and service due on 2018 Summit. Work was done on time with a substantial reduction in quoted price. Who does that these days. The shuttle service was prompt and courteous. I can't say enough good things about the service I received today. Thanks Wanda
