Horrible service It took them 3 hours to do an "express" oil change. The service staff is clueless and dismissive. Once they have your car, they stop caring. When asked for photographs of the vehicle, Wade was able to provide me with photographs which helped me decide to go and look at the vehicle. Read this before you go I normally would never write a bad review on a company but I felt this needed to be said. Not only was I given poor service once but was insulted the I normally would never write a bad review on a company but I felt this needed to be said. Not only was I given poor service once but was insulted the second time I came in. First Victor Lin barley gave me the time of day when I walked in and was not even willing to give me a trade in value unless I made an offer on a vehicle??!? OK not super bad, but when I came back for a test drive I dealt with Dan Urquhart (truck had an alignment issue plus transmission was slipping going into first) I did put forth an offer on truck, they did not work with me at all, instead Dan actually said to me "when you become more educated you will understand" I kindly left the premises after being insulted to my face. Thank GOD I did not actually buy that vehicle. Instead I found the exact same truck with half the KMS for even less and it has one more option. Other people had mentioned to me about bad experiences from Varsity, I should have listened. Trust me I went to a number of dealerships in Calgary and Varsity stand alone at the bottom of the list. your money is much better spent somewhere else. if 0 out of 5 was an option they would get it.
