They made it RIGHT and I'm a happy camper! I wasn't feeling too kindly disposed about this place after my experience Oct. 2 (refresh memory--2011 Dodge Caliber with less than 30,000 k, blows TI I wasn't feeling too kindly disposed about this place after my experience Oct. 2 (refresh memory--2011 Dodge Caliber with less than 30,000 k, blows TIPN module and winds up with repair bill of $1541.04). So when my emailed pinged last week with a message from Aaron that he wanted to speak to me about my experience, I was still not amused. When we connected by phone, I remained ticked about a repair bill that left me financially strapped and I was none too kind in my word choices and opinions about this vehicle. Aaron was patient, he let me vent and then he actually supported my viewpoints and offered to speak to Chrysler on my behalf. Not only that, but he managed to secure a financial compromise on that insane repair bill! Varsity Chrysler, you've restored my faith in what a car dealership can do in supporting its customers, and I am happy to give you credit for your actions on my behalf! Bravo Aaron!! I remain a customer who will certainly return when I need service work in the future...thanks again!! More
