Most recent experience was atrocious. Had to have my transmission done on my accord. Getting an appointment was easy enough, but that was the high point. Had to call a couple of times to even get a ba transmission done on my accord. Getting an appointment was easy enough, but that was the high point. Had to call a couple of times to even get a ballpark estimate. That actually took 2 days. Was never communicated a definitive timeline for the job. I know it is a major job, but telling me 2 days or something is common practice - even when it's busy. I thought I was being kind and considerate for initially turning down a courtesy car for the initial assessment, but even asking a couple of times for one I was told one wasn't available for the weekend. Worst of all though, no real sense of regret on their part. I don't know of any place where a customer is spending a large amount and is inconvenienced basically a week a dealer wouldn't be trying to be helpful. My sister drives a Toyota and they offer her rides even for an oil change. For god's sake, they gave her a fleece blanket for her car on her last service. To top if off, when I did finally get the vehicle back, I had to wait 45 minutes to pay because they couldn't get an invoice done. I almost lost it when the agent told me they don't do cheques anymore even when I had an open cheque book in front of him for 20 minutes while he fiddled on their system. I don't write formal complaints at all, but this was simply an inexcusable experience. I will see if they make amends. More

There is this noise in front end which was not there before; i don't know if they broke something or replaced a wrong thing as they were fixing my brakes. It feels like something is either loose or undergoing frictions. The resulting noise is very embarrassing and scary when I drive. I went back to get it re-checked, but they talked to me as if I am making things up. I went back in attempt to get the issue addressed, but all they did was to spin my head; I could not handle the frustration any more so I decided not to go back there. Now I am wondering if I should pay someone else to checkout whatever damage they did. I am very depressed because I can't even know who to trust. Everyday I drive my car I am scared something could break down. The constant noise is daily reminder of this bad service. I have to apologize to my friend whenever the noise goes particularly high which happens sometimes and the car feels like it is about to break down. I must say that I did not have this issue before. All I went there for originally was for break replacement as my front brakes were due for replacement. I had also a weel alignment which originated from a previous Honda dealership (Westwood Honda) which they did not fix... I usually don't rate companies even when I am not satisfied with their service. But this particular situation is a daily frustration. Now i have to put aside more time, to find an honest repair shop, and pay again, and hope that they will be honest and won't damage things in my car. More
