What Others Say

I bought my 2014 Hyundai SUV here, it is a great experience, thanks so much Ante for your great services and your honesty. Emmanuel

Great Service! Recently went to Vancouver Honda to check out the CRV options as I needed a new car, the staff was all very friendly not like other stores I have visited where they are super pushy to make a sale, gave me all the information I needed and guided me to the right path. I went back with my family the next day and eventually made a deal! Picked up the vehicle 3 days later and I am loving it!

Recently we were involved in buying HONDA PROLOQUE TOURING 2025. I called Vancouver Honda and service was outstanding!! Our sale person was VANIYA ZOKAEI. The whole transaction was done over the phone. Let me tell you something, VANIYA IS AN OUTSTANDING SALES PERSON! I have never seen sale person like her. We can say only POSITIVE comments about her. Very friendly, professional, SUPER efficient and outstanding communicator ! which is very CRUCIAL in this kind of business. She even responded to us within seconds outside of her work hours. Unbelievable !! So devoted! Vancouver Honda and Honda Canada should be proud of sale person like her! This is the example of not 5 but 10 stars employee who contributes 100% to Honda business! I hope Vancouver Honda will recognize VNIYA before Christmas and she will get additional bonus. Also, I would like to mention Vancouver Honda Manager Victor Wong and Joanne Nguyen who absolutely went above and beyond! What a service !! Very nice people, friendly and the most important very accommodating! Whenever possible I will always recommend Vancouver Honda not only to my friends but to everybody as HONDA CARS are the best cars in the world !!! Trust me! I will always support you!! Please keep up the good job and thank you Vancouver Honda and Honda Canada for such a outstanding service! Gerard, Calgary, Alberta.

2016 civic AC under extended Honda Canada warranty, went to Van Honda, charged me $60 to diagnose, wanted another $500 as couldn’t remove refrigerant… I paid $60 went to open road Honda next day, no issues, didn’t charge me a penny as diagnosis and repair under warranty, within hours done … so $500 was fraudulent attempt - even asked my local mechanic who had a good laugh and said that’s what they are known for. Tim, service advisor, at Van Honda said they had their best guy on it… their motto is unparalleled service? Yeah, they definitely stand out… as dishonest anddealers. fraudulent. Avoid them at all costs for service and apparently parts too as they are the priciest in town for Honda

I recently visited a dealership to check out a Lexus GS 350 advertised for $13,000. While I was hopeful going in, the experience left me very disappointed. Initially, I spoke with an assistant and offered $8,000, which they said they could work with if I came in that day. However, when I arrived, the price had suddenly jumped to $16,000. After some back-and-forth, they lowered it to $13,000, but it felt like a bait-and-switch. I made a final offer of $11,000, considering the car’s condition and some issues I noticed. For one, the tire pressure light was on, which pointed to possible problems with the tires or sensors. Plus, when I checked the Carfax report, I found out the car had been in a prior claim—something the dealership never disclosed. Even after all that, I was willing to pay $12,000 if they included a 5-month transmission warranty. The car is almost 10 years old, and I wanted peace of mind about potential transmission problems. Unfortunately, they refused to provide any warranty, which made me question if there were deeper issues they weren’t telling me about. Another concern is the car’s heavy reliance on sensors. While this is common in modern vehicles, it means repairs could get expensive quickly if anything fails. None of this was addressed by the dealership.
