My Son purchased a Maverick from Universal and dealt with Harrison. He was great to deal with and really tried hard to win our business. Pick-up was excellent experience and very smooth. I had an appointment for 6:30 in the morning expecting to finish by 8 am but not ready until 4 pm and on top of that I had a recall and they not fixed it they told me that the reasons is the ford suspend unt finish by 8 am but not ready until 4 pm and on top of that I had a recall and they not fixed it they told me that the reasons is the ford suspend until June . Why did not tell me before I bring my truck in . 11 hrs for oil change is ridiculous . I will never take my car there again More

They are unorganized. I dropped my vehicle off for a recall, tire change, and oil change at 7am. They didn’t get it in all day and didn’t call to update me. Finally they did call at 6pm that my vehicle was done….they close at 6pm so I had to wait until the next day. The next day was just excuses instead of being accountable. I will never return I like to deal with professionals and not clowns. Thanks. More
