Poor communications from the beginning to end. No call back to let me know the status at all. Had my car for two days and did not even look at what was my main concern. Completed work without a No call back to let me know the status at all. Had my car for two days and did not even look at what was my main concern. Completed work without a call to see if I was ok with the work / cost. Was told they would give me a call to reschedule my main concern it has been 7 days since then and still no call. Got service don’t at universal, it was good, asked for the minimum amount of services to keep my warranty because stuff is expensive and it’s a lease. They gave me exactly that. My total came to about 420 the minimum amount of services to keep my warranty because stuff is expensive and it’s a lease. They gave me exactly that. My total came to about 420 for second service on a bronco sport. I would recommend going there over some of the other ford dealers in the city. More
