I took my car into universal because of the manufacturer's defect on the 2018 MKC coolant intrusion. I had third party liability when I bought the car from a dealer not universal and it turned manufacturer's defect on the 2018 MKC coolant intrusion. I had third party liability when I bought the car from a dealer not universal and it turned out it was a bogus one that only paid $3,500 cap. I was left with a almost $7,000 bill. Chris Banawa My service advisor was really the only bright spot of of this ordeal. He showed kindness, compassion for my situation. That was genuine. You don't see that very often. Universals Ford. I would give you five stars just for the service advisor that I dealt with. I can't give you five stars as I just got the car back and not sure how it's going to run in the next few months More
