I was told my windshield wipers needed to be replaced but because I could not leave my car overnight just for wipers I could not rebook a few days later because it was not allowed under my package. Secondly to replace a crack in the tail light assembly I would have to cough up 2,000 bucks. This was like my tire quote in the winter where I replaced them for 50% less. These parts replacements have gotten totally out of hand. I have bought several cars there. Would have expected better! More
