Horrible Service I took my 2012 Ford Escape here for a recall..they did a recall and inspection ..it took two days...I drive off and hear a horrible sound coming from I took my 2012 Ford Escape here for a recall..they did a recall and inspection ..it took two days...I drive off and hear a horrible sound coming from the front end..I call back and they said bring back the following week. Again I leave it for the day call the service advisor And he says I’ll call you back in an hour ..hours go by I figure he forgot to call ..I show up there to pickup my vehicle they tell me the wheel bearing and gun needs to be replaced on passenger side ..I get it fixed somewhere else ..they gave me no invoice or work order..so I change passenger wheel bearing only to find out after going back to dealership a third time she gives me invoice and it says drivers side !! Then they tell me you can wait to get tires until October but foreman says you need to get them right away they are separating..service manager said he was going to call me back but now has decided to take a long weekend and won’t be back until next week..if you did inspection you would have been able to tell me about wheel bearing but you didn’t ..however when I took the vehicle in there was no noise ..then another advisor told me i Didn’t notice the noise before because it could have been in the back ? If it’s the front wheel bearing why would that make a difference ? Talk to me like an idiot ..I will never buy another Ford or go to Universal Ford More

Poor communication I was not happy with my End of Lease outcome. Without going into detail, the terms I was expecting to refinance the vehicle had changed in the interim I was not happy with my End of Lease outcome. Fantastic Service Usually I regret having to look for a good used vehicle. From the moment we got out of our vehicle at the car lot we browsed for maybe 10 minutes and Usually I regret having to look for a good used vehicle. From the moment we got out of our vehicle at the car lot we browsed for maybe 10 minutes and the salesman(Usman Baig) greeted us with total respect and said he was there for us if we had any questions. We seen a car we liked, went in and struck up a deal suitable for everyone. We never felt pressured at any time and everything had a pleasurable flow. He then introduced me to Danny the sales manager and got nothing but sincerity and respect. We then went over to meet Lori in financing and she was great and had us approved in 30 minutes. What I thought I dreaded become a pleasurable experience and not one I'II soon forget. I would recommend Universal Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for used or new vehicles. More
