2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad Edition purchased Went looking for used (felt it might be a better deal), but was surprisingly pleased that I could get into a new vehicle for not much more than a year Went looking for used (felt it might be a better deal), but was surprisingly pleased that I could get into a new vehicle for not much more than a year or two old one would cost. Nikki was very helpful, working with me through a couple of different models to get one with the option list I wanted (very specifically wanted a heated steering wheel amongst others). Overall dealer satisfaction is excellent - only minor qualm was the delay in getting the remote starter parts in for the vehicle. I would highly recommend Unique to anyone looking for a new car. Give them a fair shot and I think you'll find yourself walking out the proud owner of a new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. More

He took the time to explain everything in detail and give us options that fit within our budget without being pushy. We never felt rushed. Brian also was great in helping us decide what would be best for our needs and fit within our budget. He answered all of our questions concerning the vehicle. We had to wait a few days but on the day we picked it up he was there waiting for us and again went over everything. Both of these gentlemen where professional and treated us with a friendly and comfortable manner.
