She than spoke to Steve Patruno who immediately went to work to research my requirements and a deal was made. One thing I noticed about this dealership from others, is there is a great atmosphere and everyone assists each other. I had what I thought was an issue regarding a recent purchase of a new vehicle there and the dealership took the time to reach out to me and make it right. It turned out to be not an issue at all but a simple miscommunication but even still the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I will 100% using this dealership again for future purchase and will go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I hear of looking for a new or used vehicle. Customer service may be an item not found in a lot of businesses these days and most could take a lesson from this dealer in keeping customers not only happy but with the feeling they care. More

I initially inquired online - when I received a prompt reply from Wes Goulden for my inquiry. We set up a time to meet a few days later and upon arrival, it was like night and day compared to my other experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facilities were clean and organized and from the get-go I knew I was in the right hands. After looking at the used vehicle (which was extremely nice) I decided to go with a new vehicle off the lot. Wes was very insightful and provided tremendous amounts of helpful information. He did everything he could to get me the best deal possible, and I couldn't be happier. Working with Mil, Steve and Brenda to finalize the deal was seamless. Not only did they offer to stay past-hours to teach me everything about my vehicle, they ensured I was 100% comfortable before leaving the lot. Horrible Overall Experience. I went in to this store looking at a dodge charger. They gave me a price and confirmed and a few days later they called to let me know that price wasn I went in to this store looking at a dodge charger. They gave me a price and confirmed and a few days later they called to let me know that price wasn't possible. So I looked at the new 2015 Dodge Challenger. I wanted the hood scoop and they told me it would take about a year to come in, which it didn't. Secondly I told them how I'd like the car to be, and they didn't have one at the time, so they were looking at other dealers. Called to say I wanted an scat pack, and they said I won't be approved for more than they've already got me in for (other dealers begged to differ).I called them to cancel, and Mike the manager said, I will not get a refund on the 500 deposit I made at this point, and I had no choice but to take the car. I was then told they would make the car how I liked it, a few upgrades (door sill guards, stainless pedals) I paid full price plus labor. They said they'd put my summer tires in storage and put them on for free when I returned. Took me 3 months to argue it out, that it was a part of the deal initially. Finally the manager agreed he suddenly remembered what happened. They put the rims on for me about a month ago and the dark silver polish was peeling in a few spots. I've gone to a different dealer, that took photos and sent it to Chrysler to have this dealt with. More
